Construction Cleaning Technicians
Job Overview
As a Construction Cleaning Technician at SHINE Construction Cleaning, you will be responsible for performing post-construction cleaning for residential and commercial properties. You will play a key role in preparing newly built or renovated spaces to be move-in ready, ensuring that each site meets our high standards for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rough and final cleaning on new construction sites, including sweeping, dusting, and cleaning windows.
- Remove construction debris and prepare spaces for final inspection.
- Clean floors, surfaces, and fixtures, ensuring every area is spotless and debris-free.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Work with the team to complete cleaning projects efficiently and within deadlines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction cleaning is a plus but not required.
